Troubleshooting - Where can I find a list of all known Power Apps issues?

When we encounter a bug or unexpected behaviour in Power Apps, here's where to look if we want to find out if Microsoft are aware of the problem.
A question that app builders sometimes ask is - is there a list of all known Power Apps bugs and issues?
A good place to start is the is the "common issues and resolutions" list:
This provides an official list of know bugs and problems, and we can use this to verify whether Microsoft are aware of a particular bug.
Another place to look is in the ideas forum. Users occastionally report bugs here, which Microsoft may acknowledge. If a post in this forum contains an official reply, we can use the status to determine the liklihood of a fix.
